Some conversations need a little more space.

Clear Space was created for the conversations, experiences, and parts of ourselves that don't always fit neatly into the spaces we're given.

HOW CLEAR SPACE BEGAN

Growing up as a child of immigrants, I learned early what it meant to move between different worlds. There were family expectations, cultural expectations, and my own ideas about who I wanted to become.

As I got older, I realized I wasn't alone in navigating that tension. So many of us are figuring out who we are alongside what we've inherited, what our communities expect of us, and what we've learned we should want.

After more than 15 years working in community and women's health, I kept seeing the need for spaces where people could talk about these things openly. Not just when something was wrong, but as part of understanding ourselves, our relationships, our cultures, and the lives we're building.

Clear Space grew from that need.

A place to make room for conversations we don't always know how to have.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

CULTURE SHAPES HOW WE SEE OURSELVES

Culture isn't something we leave at the door. The families we come from, the communities that shaped us, and the expectations we've inherited can influence how we see ourselves and the choices we make.

CONNECTION IS PART OF WELLBEING

Wellbeing isn't only about what we do for ourselves. The people we can be honest with, the relationships we build, and the communities where we feel understood matter too.

THERE'S ROOM FOR COMPLEXITY

Not every question needs an immediate answer. Sometimes we need room to think, talk, question, laugh, and figure out what feels true for ourselves.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Hi, I’m Mihret (MIH-reht).

I’m the founder of Clear Space, a wellness facilitator and coach with more than 15 years of experience working across community and women’s health.

My work has brought me into rooms with people navigating identity, relationships, life transitions, mental health, belonging, and the expectations we place on ourselves and one another. What I’ve learned is that people don’t always need another person telling them what to do. Sometimes, they need the right questions, a different perspective, and enough room to hear themselves.

That’s what I try to create through Clear Space.

My approach brings together professional experience, practical tools, thoughtful facilitation, and my own lived understanding as a daughter of immigrants. Whether I’m facilitating a room, leading a group experience, or working with someone one on one, I want people to leave with something that stays with them beyond our time together.

THERE’S MORE THAN ONE WAY TO MAKE SPACE.

Clear Space comes to life through conversations, facilitated experiences, group programs, and one on one support.

Whether you’re here for yourself, your community, or an organization, there’s a way to begin.
