SLOW DOWN SATURDAY

  • ClearSpace Wellness Queen Street West Toronto, ON Canada (map)

Life moves fast. This event is your permission to counter this.

Slow Down Saturday is a 3-hour experience designed for women of colour who have a lot going on and deserve a moment that's fully, unapologetically theirs.

We're keeping it simple and soul-filling: a guided walk through the neighbourhood with a stop at a local Black and woman-owned business, followed by unhurried time at a café with your choice of a signature drink and a delicious pastry. No agenda, no performance, just gentle mindfulness activities, real conversation, and the kind of company that feels good for your nervous system.

Come ready to meet someone new, leave your phone in your bag, and actually enjoy the moment you're in. Oh, and there's a dope little gift waiting for you too.

What's included when I register? Everything. Here's what you can expect:

  • 🚶🏾‍♀️ A guided walk through the neighbourhood

  • ☕ Your choice of a signature drink

  • 🥐 A delicious pastry

  • 🎁 A gift just for showing up
