A Space
Created With Care
Clear Space Wellness was built from a desire to create more intentional experiences focusing on rest, reflection & meaningful connection.
Our Story
ClearSpace wasn't created because I had everything figured out.
It was created because I know what it feels like to lose yourself while trying to be everything for everyone else.
For a long time, I thought I just needed to push through.
Keep going.
Be strong.
Handle things on my own.
But underneath all of that, I felt disconnected from myself in ways I didn't fully understand.
That experience changed the way I see healing, growth, and self-trust, and it's the reason ClearSpace exists today.
My Story
Growing up as the child of immigrants, I learned what it meant to be responsible from a young age.
I cared deeply about the people around me and often put their needs before my own.
When my sister passed away during my early years of university, everything changed.
Instead of slowing down to grieve, I did what I knew best.
I kept going.
I stayed busy.
I convinced myself I was okay.
Looking back, I can see how much I was avoiding.
That season affected the way I trusted people, the way I handled emotions, and the way I made decisions.
For years, I thought I needed to fix myself.
What I actually needed was to understand myself.
That journey eventually led me to counselling, deeper self-reflection, and years of learning how our life experiences shape the way we think, feel, and move through the world.
Today, that's the work I get to share with others.
What You Can Expect
When we work together, my goal isn't to tell you who to become.
It's to help you hear yourself again.
You can expect:
A space where you don't have to have everything figured out.
Practical tools you can use in everyday life.
Support that respects your experiences, culture, and identity.
Honest conversations that help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.
Why I Created ClearSpace
I created ClearSpace because I know how easy it is to lose yourself when you've spent most of your life being who everyone else needed you to be.
I wanted to create the kind of space I wish I'd had sooner.
A space where you don't have to pretend you're okay.
A space where you don't have all the answers.
A space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself without judgment.
Because healing doesn't start when you become someone new.
It starts when you finally make space for yourself.
If you're ready to stop second-guessing yourself and start building more trust in your own voice, I'd love to support you.
